Evansville, IN – Evansville Police Department officials said the missing girl, later identified as Emma Tompkins is white female with brown hair and brown eyes.
Emma is about 5’9 and weighs around 120 lbs.
She was last seen at her foster home in the 1700 block of Ridgeway Ave. Emma has made statements about running away.
