Evansville, IN – Evansville Police Department officials said the unidentified suspect reportedly purchased almost $4,000 worth of products at a local retail store.
The suspect appears to be a male with dark facial hair and wearing a red hoodie.
He picked up the product in a late 90’s model silver Chevy work van with tape on the rear right window, dents on the rear bumper, and a ladder rack on top.
