Elkhart, IN – The City of Elkhart Street Department announced plans to pave several streets from Monday, Oct. 20, through Friday, Oct. 24, as part of ongoing efforts to improve local roadways.
Residents are asked to remove all vehicles from the listed streets before 7 a.m. each day and not return them until after 7 p.m. or once barricades have been removed. Street access will be restricted during paving, though sidewalks and alleys will remain open.
The paving schedule is as follows:

Monday, Oct. 20: Woodward Ave. between Arcade Ave. and S. West Blvd.

Tuesday, Oct. 21: Suwanee St. between Arcade Ave. and S. West Blvd.

Wednesday, Oct. 22: Massachusetts Ave. between Suwanee St. and Lawn Ave.

Thursday, Oct. 23: Arcade Ave. between W. Lexington Ave. and Lawn Ave. (northbound lane only) and Washington St. between N. Main St. and the N. 3rd St. intersection.

Friday, Oct. 24: Washington St. between N. Main St. and N. 3rd St.
City officials thanked residents for their patience and cooperation during the scheduled paving work.
